Steven is responsible for directing the company’s transaction and financing initiatives and continued expansion of the company’s real estate portfolio. Steven develops operating strategies to maximize the portfolio’s financial value and oversees all aspects of the company’s day to day operations and execution of strategies for the company’s portfolio. Steven manages the company’s investment underwriting, due diligence and financial reporting activities in addition to maintaining investor interactions.

Prior to Stonegate Steven worked at AIG’s Global Real Estate Group. Steven directed the company’s real estate acquisition and underwriting group. He was also responsible for all quarterly financial reporting responsibilities for the company’s  $30 Billion Global Real Estate portfolio. Steven graduated New York University’s (NYU) Masters in Real Estate Program and holds an MBA from Seton Hall University.

Nat is responsible for the strategic oversight and stewardship of the firm’s Asset Management of  its real estate portfolio. Under his leadership, Nat manages a highly disciplined asset management team that implements strategies to maximize the portfolio’s financial value. Nat works to implement various programs that enhance the physical quality and operational efficiency of the company. His rapid turnarounds with a focus on upholding Stonegate’s quality brand, has attributed to the achievement of outstanding returns.

Nat launched his real estate career In 2000, as Regional Manager at Kushner Companies/Westminster Management. Nat was responsible for managing over  2,000 apartments while supervising 35 employees ranging from legal, financial, maintenance, management  and leasing.
