Cushman & Wakefield sells Fair Lawn office building for $4M

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield said Wednesday that it sold a two-story building at 23-00 Route 208 in Fair Lawn for $4 million.

The building, sold in an all-cash transaction, has 26,951 square feet on a 1.19-acre lot, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The building sold for about $151 per square foot.

The majority of the building’s tenants are medical practitioners.

“The building was sold to a private investor who will continue to operate the asset as it is currently positioned,” said Seth Pollack of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the seller in the transaction. “The property sold for approximately $150 per square foot, which is a strong metric for this type of property.”

The property is close to major highways and Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus and is 10 miles from the George Washington Bridge, according to a release. It is also near downtown Fair Lawn and Glen Rock.
